Principal Biographies

ARTHUR MCLIN III, Mr. McLin received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Howard University, cum laude, MS in Engineering Management from the University of Michigan, and MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of Business. He worked for DaimlerChrysler where he was in DaimlerChrysler's management trainee program and was able to gain extensive operational experiences that included managerial positions in: program management, process reengineering/cost savings, and operations management. After leaving Chrysler, Arthur worked as a Finance Associate for Liberty Property Trust where he was responsible for standardizing all aspects of Liberty's development process. Prior to starting Moreward, Arthur worked as a strategy manager for Accenture where he developed business cases and performed cost benefit analyses for various clients.

Moreward engagements under Arthur's direction include: assessing the finance and accounting internal controls for the City of New Orleans; advising the City of New Orleans on sales/use tax audits; advising the New Orleans Aviation Board on public financing of capital projects including the new runway rehabilitation; overhauling the City of New Orleans Health Clinic network; developing the business case for an alternative fuel vehicle program for Louis Armstrong Airport; performing the Economic Impact Study of the Film Incentive Act of 2002 for the Louisiana Governor's Office of Film and Television Development and participation in all Moreward real estate development transactions.

COREY K. WILSON, Mr. Wilson received his BBA in Accounting from Morehouse College, magna cum laude, and his JD from Harvard Law School. He worked for the Top Five Accounting Firm of Ernst & Young LLP in the Assurance and Advisory and Business Service Sector, where he participated in the supervised planning, auditing and financial statement presentation for small to large private and non-profit organizations. Prior to starting Moreward, Corey worked for the major international law firm of Akin, Gump Hauer & Strauss LLP, where as a corporate attorney he assisted in preparing the registration statements, prospects or offering circular for marketing securities and other filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Corey also has experience in working as an internal auditor with a global forest products, paper and packaging company.

Corey serves as Moreward's primary resource in providing disaster management consulting services. He is also involved in performing Sales/Use Tax Audits on behalf of the City of New Orleans and participates in all Moreward real estate development transactions.
